I came across this interesting passage from an article I read: "the government told Americans, “Enjoy your food, but eat less.” Many Americans eat too many calories every day, expanding their waistlines and imperiling their health." This is significant because this is the first time the US government is saying this. And, it's what I've been thinging all along. We are always told to eat more. You know, everyone wants to sit on the couch eating super sized Big Macs, XX-large pizzas, and dozens of sugar drenched Crispy Creams to be washed down with Big Gulps, beer kegs and chicken wings while watching music videos, football and reality tv.
